REFUND POLICY

SESSION FEES:

SESSION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE PAID AND YOUR SESSION IS SCHEDULED AND CONFIRMED. THIS FEE SECURES YOUR SESSION DATE AND COVERS THE TIME, EXPERTISE, AND PREPARATION NEEDED FOR YOUR PERSONALIZED EXPERIENCE. THE SESSION FEE IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.

PREPAYMENT PLANS:

PREPAYMENTS TOWARD COLLECTIONS OR PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BUT MAY BE APPLIED TOWARD RESCHEDULING YOUR SESSION IF NOTICE IS GIVEN. PLEASE REFERENCE YOUR CONTRACT FOR ADDITIONAL DETAILS REGARDING THE APPLICATION OF THESE PREPAYMENTS.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS:

IF YOU MISS YOUR SESSION WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, ALL MONEY PAID UP TO THAT POINT WILL BE FORFEITED. PLEASE REFERENCE YOUR CONTRACT FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON RESCHEDULING YOUR SESSION.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR WORK, ALL ALBUMS, WALL ART, DIGITALS, AND OTHER CUSTOM PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE. EACH ITEM IS HANDCRAFTED TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS AND CANNOT BE RESOLD OR ALTERED ONCE COMPLETED.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

IF YOU RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. WE WILL GLADLY REPLACE THE PRODUCT OR WORK WITH YOU TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

SALES AGREEMENT

BY SIGNING THE FINAL SALES FORM AFTER YOUR SESSION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

ALL IMAGES, ALBUMS, AND PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY YOU DURING YOUR IN-PERSON OR ONLINE ORDERING APPOINTMENT.

NO CHANGES OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER APPROVAL.

DIGITAL IMAGES ARE CONSIDERED DELIVERED ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE DOWNLOAD LINK OR USB DRIVE.
