Everything You Need to Know About Prepayment Plans
Let’s dive into Prepayment Plans!
This guide will walk you through the options available for purchasing your images, whether that’s pre-purchasing your Collection, setting up a Prepayment Plan, or paying in full before your Reveal and Ordering Appointment.
What Are My Payment Options for Purchasing Images?
We offer every client the option to set up a Pre-Session Payment Plan, which can start as early as the day you book your session and continue until 60 days before your session. As an added incentive, clients who pre-purchase a Collection can receive bonuses valued at over $1,000!
All clients are required to either set up a Prepayment Plan or pay in full for the minimum purchase amount ($1,800) within 15 days of booking their session and paying the Session Fee.
What Is a Prepayment Plan?
A Prepayment Plan is a convenient way to finance your Collection or A La Carte items. During a complimentary phone call, we’ll help you select your desired Collection or items and create a personalized payment plan based on that total.
Payments can be set up to be automatically drafted weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, ensuring your order is fully paid by your session date. Prepayment Plans are available for orders of $1,800 or more and are non-refundable. This means if you cancel your session or choose to spend less than the amount you financed, the balance cannot be refunded.
Why Should I Consider a Pre-Session Payment Plan?
A Pre-Session Payment Plan helps make the day of your session all about the experience—not the finances. Our goal is to give every client a luxurious day of pampering, leaving them with a stunning collection of images to cherish.
By pre-paying for your album or collection, we can skip the stress of making big financial decisions or arranging payments during your Reveal and Ordering Appointment. This means you can fully immerse yourself in the joy of your session without worrying about swiping your card.
Plus, the bonuses we offer for Pre-Session Payment Plans are worth it! You’ll gain access to exclusive specialty items, extra wardrobe changes, complimentary products, and more. In fact, you can earn up to $1,500 in free perks—just for pre-paying for the collection you were planning to purchase anyway!
Can I Make an Early Payment?
Absolutely! One of the perks of having a live invoice is the flexibility it provides. You can log in and make additional payments at your convenience. If you’ve set up automatic payments, the system will still run your card as scheduled. However, if you choose to pay off your invoice or make an early payment, the system won’t charge you twice.
What Types of Payments Do You Accept?
For Payment Plans, we accept debit/credit cards or PayPal Credit. At the Reveal and Ordering Appointment, we accept cash, debit/credit cards, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Affirm, and Klarna. Please note, we do not accept checks.
Can I Set Up a Payment Plan After the Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment?
Yes, post-payment plans are available for additional products. However, this option should be considered a last resort, as a prepayment plan is still required for at least the minimum investment. Unlike our interest-free prepayment plan, a post-payment plan incurs a 10% processing fee on the remaining balance. Once payment is received in full, all images and products will be delivered or ordered.
Can I Make Additional Purchases at a Later Date?
As outlined in the Dream Shoot Planner and your contract, we may archive your images at our discretion, so there is no guarantee they will be available later. For this reason, additional orders cannot be placed at a later date. However, if you purchase the Digital Collection with high-resolution files, you may send them to us for printing or choose to print them through a third-party service.
All sales are final. Once your Reveal and Ordering Appointment is complete, you will fill out a Final Sale Agreement, which confirms that no changes can be made to your order. This policy applies to all clients, and no exceptions will be made. Changes, alterations, additions, reductions, or any other modifications to the order are not permitted after the Reveal and Ordering Appointment.
